so, I spilled a drink on the carpet
Then when I used the stain remover stuff i guess I left it wet, now it smells like wet dog even though it's dried now

I tried washing it again with bodywash and a stain rremover stick for clothes with water but the smell came back
^I washed it again after that with soap and water

I also sprayed axe on it 3 seperate occcasions
also tried old spice spray oncce
i later emptied a bottle of after shave on it

Then a few days later I also sprayed it with cologne a bunch of times
toda i tried a 3 in 1 odor neutralizer spray
But the smell of wet dog always comes back what the fuck do I do I'm serious , it stinks so bad

What's your programming? If you're doing nothing in particular go to strengththeory.com and click on the

Download them, read the PDF first then select what programs you want to do.

I'd say each lift at least 2x a week. Then do your accessories afterwards. The PDF will tell you about how to add accessories a little.

Some programs come with them. The 3 day intermediate Deadlfit has barbell butt blowers as an example from the top of my head.

The stall likely happens the volume is not enough to drive progress anymore (not looking at resensitizing and such now).

Again, this wall you speak of is not fixed, it depends on how much volume you can handle, and this amount if affected by the volume you do and have done. Your wall today is not at the same place as it will be after another cycle of salty balls.

Your ability to recover from high volume increases the more volume you do. It's my left flexor and sciatic nerve. I have an old knee injury on the left side so I'm thinking it could have caused some imbalances. It's recently been flared up after changing my hip position from hyperextension (lordosis) to neutral spine and braced core during my squat.

As far as routine goes i saw good gains when I ran TM but I think higher volume may work better for me to help with ironing out form.
