Military helps your job opportunities, hell, even more than college at this point. Running a defense contracting firm, I can get even better kickbacks hiring veterans than I can with affirmative action.

But it's still a game for chumps. If money is your goal, start a business. Period. There's no debating it, sales staff doesn't get promoted to executive positions - executives are brought on from other companies. You won't make it big, you'll just be comfortable.

Hey guys just stopping in to let someone know i fucked up my cut and gained nearly 20lbs water/fat. Was <5lbs away from starting a lean bulk. Been cutting for 6 months. Basically all of May and half of April was a massive fuck up.

I have no one else i my life to vent my own mistakes, I know what i did was wrong but i need other people to shit on me. 3 days clean now but i was binging off and on for 4 weeks.

Some days i just stopped keeping track after 4000 kcals. I don't feel anything for food outside a small 3-4 hour window where i start my mental gymnastics to get myself to the store to buy another 11oz bag of chex mix muddy buddies and other sugary shit. Also i don't lift for a day or 2 after binging because i feel like im running on "bad fuel" so you can imagine the impact on my progress when i have consecutive binges

240-158-180. Quitting smoking cigs cold turkey after 6 years of 1/2 pack a day was easier. Then again i've been fat for nearly 3 times as long as i was a smoker. I feel like i've hit rock bottom again, after i was consistent with diet and training for over half a year.

Naw, it's pretty good. My mom was on a kick for a while. She ended up buying increasingly weird chocolate to put into her coffee, from regular, to orange chocolate, to chili chocolate, etc. It was okay, but you don't really taste the chocolate enough that it's worth it.

Coffee is the only thing i tolerate added sugar with. But I make cafecito or Cuban coffee. I use a moka pot and the first tablespoon of coffee that come out, mix with 3 tablespoons full of sugar. Stir until beige, it should have the consistency of almost apple sauce, or similar, the color is more important. Mix the rest of the coffee with the sugar mix and it will create a thick foam at the top, this is called the espuma. I take 2-3 shots, which ends up being really not that much sugar, or I make cafe con Leche (coffee with milk). This is the only deviation in my diet from tons of chicken fish veggies and water. I don't eat snack or sweets whatsoever.
