Always make the effort to understand people.

It might sound cheesy, but I've found that by putting in the conscious effort to understand why a person might think or act a certain way, you can circumvent a lot of arguments or hate or even general stupidity. It makes life a lot easier and I personally believe that the world, as a whole, would be a lot better off if people just tried. You don't have to agree with them- even just trying helps.

Don't look at the women at your gym, just focus on your workout. Literally use your peripheral vision and avoid focusing on any woman.

Do this for an extended time and something magical happens. You become aware of when women are looking at you.

I did this for an extended period of time, that a number of women I had never actually looked at who had similar body times and hair color were indistinguishable to me.

I guess overall when yous top looking outward, you notice things that you would otherwise miss normally. You also appear super confident, self assured and not thirsty like most guys at the gym who want to life while staring at some random girls ass.

People are drawn towards confidence and focus. Worrying about your own shit and concentrating on yourself exhibit both of these. This is not just limited to the gym
