also the secret quickfix to the bicep/shoulder tenditinis from lowbar squats is mobilizing your first rib area everyday(the area behind your collarbone) use those wooden sticks that you can find in nearly every gym, jam it in there and do some shoulder raises with internal rotation

Can you squat without externally rotating the shoulder? I shouldn't do anything involving the tendon/externally rotating until its better as per my physiologist. All PL lifts put stress on it in certain parts of each lift. Only recently did she tell me I can start curling 5 lbs.

Got put in one of these holds, shoulder hurt a lot afterward. Coworker was showing me how to do it. I've been getting ultrasound and this other treatment from my physiologist. If I were to describe it, there's 4 circular things with sponges inside them that suction on. I've been doing Candito's 6w for a cycle and a half, so there's nothing wrong with that right?

I do the regular bench sets, then I do 2 sets of CGBP, 3-4 sets of OHP and Dips and then 10-20 rep sets of side raises and tricep isolations.

im on sheiko, first week of second prep block (#30) and last 3-4 workouts i smoked squat sessions at 80%.

i dont know if i should up the weight or not. i mean squat is going great but deadlifts are murdering me, and not sure how increasing intensity just on squat is gonna affect me.

consider also first time i ran it got a decent 5% gain on squat/dl so it works as it is for me.
