i do a PPL routine just so i have only 1 rest day. im a boring person so it gives me something to do. Rest day is sunday and i usually go out to eat with my family at my grandmoms.

I don't have a rest day. I lift every other day, and the days I'm not lifting, I'm doing cardio and either heavy bag training or some kind of other conditioning

I have 3 rest days. Mobility work + moderate cardio or HIIT on two of them, mobility work only on the third.

Thinking about picking up yoga for my rest days.

Paint, play vidya, go to coffee shop, browse /fit/ and other hives of lifting misinformation.

They never feel as good as training days.
