i have 5 different spice mixes i use for my chicken breast, i literally never get tired of it. and even if i do il just get a new mix that will taste differently.

Get some kind of saltwater fish filet (Texas here so I eat flounder and trout and redfish) put some tony chachres on it. Put it in a pan with lemon juice and water in it. Bake for a while. Boom. Good shit and lean protein. Can't get away from veggies. Just try different ones.

Ice cream smoothies:
