Weed and gains?

Not a whole lot but it makes your central nervous system less responsive, essentially making you less strong even days after smoking. It also makes you lazy which isn't good either.

I love weed but it fucks my shit up so I don't smoke it anymore.

This feels about right. Used to blaze it everyday now I toke once every month or two and when I do I definitely feel hazy the next day.

I had acid before gym once. It was pretty intense. I had it earlier and it fully kicked in while I was at gym.
