I would rather eat nuts or seeds for fat cause it keeps me full. Fatty on a long cut but my journey is almost over

Grass fed butter is better because it has higher vitamin k2 and vitamin A levels. But butter in general is great.

I stir 7 grams of coconut oil into my brown rice while its in the water before cooking it. Makes the rice taste amazing and is decent in fat.
