Im 1m85cm tall and weight 65kg (Yeh, skinny af). I've been going to the gym for 4 whole weeks, doing my best and eating a caloric surplus on a clean diet. (Mostly eating beef, chicken, fish, eggs). Still i haven't seen any progress so far. I feel like giving up. Should i hang myself already?

4 weeks is almost nothing. It's a start. you won't see serious shit for a long time, months. Take progress pictures, talk to us again in 6 months.

Having said that, as light as you are if you lift right an eat right you should notice a little sooner.

You're only 4 weeks in. It takes patience to see results, but eat well and work hard and the gains will come. Remember patience, sleep, diet, and training all work together.
And be persistent. If you stop for a few weeks and try to get back at it, you'll lose valuable progress.
