I like going to the gym, but now that I started going I feel sore all the time, like sometimes hurt to get out of bed etc... And it will take a week to feel better so I miss tons of the time at the gym. How can I stop this from happening?
By not missing tons of time in the gym fucktard. Also make sure you're getting enough protein and water.

Cut down your training volume per session and you probably won't be as sore. Go more frequently.

Honestly, usually 3 sets of 10 of dumbell press, 50 lbs, decline bench 3 sets 45's 10 reps. then i do curls with the "curl" bars 4 sets 5-7 reps. Hammer strength shoulder machine 3 sets of 10 reps 60lbs. Sometimes ill switch machines up. usually workout 45 mins.
