Okay guys, what's the most effective exercise for overloading the biceps?
I need big arms, but curls and pullups don't seem to make my arms that much bigger.
guys
heavy squats + GOMAD

literally dropsets to infinity after some heavy work. Focus on the squeeze to force blood into the muscles, ill do dropsets of curls down to like 5 pound dumbells and you can barely move your arms
Ya boi Curlbro here. Literally just high volume senpai.
Preacher curls are GOAT

what do you consider high volume? 10-15 reps? 5 sets?

Alright. Weighted pullups, followed by dropsets of preacher curls, with a focus on the squeeze.
Thank you, gentlemen. May gains find you.

Pull-ups do hardly nothing for the biceps.
Try close-grip chin-ups and slowly going down.

Mirin', what other lifts are good?
How much do you curl?
I just do 3x12 seated curls on an incline bench.

How much do you curl?

Newb here. What are dropsets?
>>37278597
Doing a high weight til you fail then going to a lower one and doing that tuntil you fail etc until you get to babby waits

I use 35lb DB to curl but I set the incline pretty steep.
Dead is 365. Not impressive but I just started doing them a few months ago.
I lat Pulldown 150 for 3x12 usually, my pulls are actually pretty weak I just started focusing on them more.

Barbell curls for width. Concentration curls for peak.

Low, not steep. My bad.
