I come to you desperate, so far I haven't given much thought to diet, I just ate surplus everything, carbs, protein and also vegetables. I didn't now how much I needed but I was pretty confident that I had more than enough, but I feel taunted I look like a fatass yet I can feel a solid six-pack under that fat. How do I into dieting? How I find how many calories I need? I'm 6'0 - 6'1. Like 100-115 kilos I'm not sure I don't have to weight myself right now. I'm I usually train near my max few reps 5-8 and 6-8 sets. Do I still have time?

Also I started skelly so initially it seemed to give me good results to eat a shot toon and then I ended up like this without realizing.
Also how can I have natty gyno? It feels like bad fat distribution to be honest
