No, deep highbar squats are better and the fact that you can use more weight means more growth

Yes. High Bar Squats and Front Squats are basically the same exercise except the bar is placed either behind you, or in front of you.

I started Front Squatting because it helps with Cleans.

Probably bad ankle mobility.
