Actually I already have a routine, I'm not mainly just working out, but doing mma training. Lately I've started to get too fucking lazy, just wondering how you guys could keep going when when you feel too tired to train in hopes of finding an answer

Not really, I've always got into fights back then every school year(until highschool years, almost felt like an achievement not getting into any) but I'm really just training cause its my only way of exercise plus I get to to learn how to fight NOT like a barbarian, I pretty much got into it even more where I looked into the mirror and narcissistically thought ("damn I look good")

Remember Systems thinking is gonna get you further than goal setting ever will.

Just gotta go to the gym and hit the bag once. all you gotta do.

Most often you'll get over that hump after the punch. but if your gf broke up with you, parents died, nuclear armageddon, you are hitting that bag once.
