I have met intermediate all around on symmetric strength in month 4 of my lifting. Routine:
Bench 5x5
Squat 5x5
OHP 5x5
Dlift 5x5
Accessory and core after
Is it time I try a ULxULxx split?

Finally people that have common sense on /fit/.
If you're happy with your strength, maintain it while doing hypertrophy. I'd say lean bulk for a few more months then cut, you'll look decent.
