Will my Abs show off if I work out core every day even if I'm 14% body fat?

Depends on your fat distribution genetics. Mine wouldn't.

no
you are retared if you think abs are gonna show at 14% bf
You need to eat more PIZZA and do more CARDIO
>>37236649
depends entirely on fat distribution genetics

scooby is like 18% bodyfat? did he have visible abs at any point in his life
>>37236667
It is possible depending on a person's fat distribution. My abs start to show at 16-17% but I also have a ridiculously strong and large core so that probably helps.
>>37236723
no. Take a proper picture for starters though. You just look skinny in that photo but not in a bad way

>18%
not even close. I'd say something like 9-10
Scooby is on Dat dere supplements also just hit abs hard every other day for a couple months then cut to like %10 or some shit. If you want them to show unflexed get under %10

Yes. You'll definitely see the outline of abs at higher bf % if your core is super strong. With that said, I'm not convinced training core every day is ideal. I think squatting and deadlifting multiple times a week while doing only nominal direct training of the abs is optimal for core strength.
