I was about the same as you, wieghing 153 benching 180. And don't worry it's not that bad. Do this work out, helped me bring my bench up a lot.
>week one 3x10 at 65,70,75% of 1RM
>week two 4x8 at 65,70,75,78 of 1RM
>week three 5x6 at 65,70,75,78,81 of 1RM
>week four pyramids, 50%x10, 60%x8, 70%x6, 80%x4, 85%x3, 90%x2
>week five max out again
>repeat
This will be done three times a week, every other day. Brough my max up about 20-30lbs every time. Did he same for squats too

>>37235311
You're maxing out every session?
>>37236535
the powerlifting world record for 74kg / 163lb weightclass is 211.5kg / 465lb
so around half of that is a good starting point for "doesn't suck"

Do tricep isolation excersises. I was in your exact position and my bench went thru the roof
Just train chest more. I'm at 178 and can bench 185 12 to 14 times. Can hit 225 for 6 and I haven't tried yet but I think I can hit 255 for my Max I hit 245 but felt like I had more. I just started really trying to get my bench up I want 3 plate so damn bad

do 5/3/1, skip the rest week if you feel like you can and maybe add more than 5 pounds to the 1rm if you think you can handle it
