No need to qualify. If we don't celebrate and show off our progress we don't have much motivation to keep going. Wish I had ur results. Recently had a long bout of mdds. Got better for the most part but still can get dizzy when just riding the bus so haven't tried to push myself with exercise. Planning to go back Sunday to at least try. Worst case scenario I only do a few sets. But a little progress is better than no progress.

It appears you're carrying mature lean mass, not newb gains, based on the fact that you have pretty good definition and vascularity despite ~12BF. If you were to drop below 10 you could flatten that dimple beneath your bellybutton, abs will look significantly better, and other perks. It would be worth it imo.

Recently realized my new job was making me fatter than shit. I've lost quite a bit, been changing my lifestyle since about 3 months ago. Want to know if it looks like I have gyno or not, I've read explanations on how to test yourself, and I still don't get it. forearms are a little lacking, I know its hard for a lean natty to get them to grow but you should try high reps for forearms, this is actually comparable to calves in a way, calves grow best when they are hit with lower restistance but high reps as well, biking gives you good calves for example

Those are all pretty generous though, there are days when 2plates kills me. Also I usually only leg press now vs squats. My back hasn't felt right since my time in the marine corps. Which is detrimental to any lifting!

I've had problems with my knees and hips so squat is hard for me. I do it but with as light weights as 160kg. 3 sets 6 reps without a belt.

Hack squat works better for me even tough it hurts my knees too. 200kg 3 sets 8 reps.

I always pre-exhaust my legs because that helps a lot with these knees and hips.
