Lads I was just offered a job that would require me to work pretty early in the morning, which is when I currently lift, the reason I lift in the morning though is because lifting after eating anything makes me super nauseous. So for the first few weeks should I drop my maxes a bit to help adapt to lifting later in the day? It only really affects my squat an deadlift, so I could still hammer bench and isolation exercises.

Tbf, that's about where I was when the fatigue set in on TM, I failed 300x5, only getting 2. So for what it was, it could have certainly been worse. If I'm not seeing squat gains after the next 3-5 cycles, I'll switch. Bench and ohp gains have actually been pretty good, although lack of sleep messed up my ohp yesterday.

Top squat set was meh but I think it'll be better next week. That's the point anyway. Bench setup was fucky today. Unrack felt worse than normal, and you can see me fumble with it on the heavier set. I think I'm getting too much forearm angle and might need to start touching lower again.

well ofcourse this depends off of your injury sensitivity as well. i legit know people wont veer get hurt or inflamed by just performing the mainlifts, they only get hurt if they have some kinda accident happen.

im not one of those guys, if i just perform the mainlifts for roughly 6-10 weeks shit is gonna get inflamed hard no matter if i dont even hit high rpes. so for me continueing a program though the inflammation like a robot would be retarded.

looks like you are't keeping a lot of tightness in your back and you are folding over a bit
what I do is consciously think about making and keeping a solid shelf for the bar, and that seems to help. I've heard other people say that trying to keep your elbows down as much as possible helps too, but I've never personally done that, so idk how effective it is.

Learn how to balance properly, feel the weight in the midfoot, I dare to say even a little bit more forward than that, and KEEP IT there throughout the WHOLE lift. your not catching the stretch reflex properly at all, which makes things very hard since you have to deaccelerate the weight away too hard your hipflexor can get irritated that way. its an obvious lack of external hip rotation, but also a result of you squatting that high with heavy weights for a period of time meaning you have no real motorn pattern ingrained for what to do in the hole. its a real common problem though. its really simple youve got to spend some time in the whole with lighter weights and pause squats and really focus on external hip rotation and twisting your feet outwards into the floor, makes sure you have strong foot arches(if you dont know what that is look it up) and are pressing your big toe into the ground firmly.

also your elbows should be pointed down more, try to make your neck long, deprss your shoulders hard and work on external shoulder rotation mobility

Hey, could I get a form check?

I'm on Candy Toe's Linear Strength/Hypertrophy Program.

I cut my workout short after the working set I posted because my lower back was feeling some pain, which got worse after leaving the gym.

The last time I posted a form check video here, I was told to brace my core, as my breathing was shallow. I did so, and the pain was alleviated for the next few weeks, but it came roaring back yesterday.

I'm not gonna tell you to look at the ground like Rippetoe, imo that causes back collapse, but you should NOT be looking UP at any point. Spinal flexion under a heavy load is super undesirable. Fix your gaze on something and KEEP it there, do not look away from it for any reason.
