1: Lifters are most often heavier during training than during competition. Klokov is usually 110kg+

2: Training they can prepare themselves and relax, while competition is rather stressful. How you're feeling in the moment can have a huge impact.

3: Many athletes have different maxing blocks for the Snatch and the C&J, allowing them to focus more in one of the two for a higher PR - rather than trying to get a higher total.

4: The lifts are a lot about millisecond technique and explosion (specially the Snatch). A minor mistake in competition is a failed attempt. In training you can keep trying.

5: You only have 3 attempts in competition for each lift. Lifters prefer being conservative and getting a total, for the most part. Specially in WL, as a minor mistake can cost a whole attempt, and each attempt is precious (while this is also true in PL, the difference is that you can't grind a lift out).

6: Roids are (mostly) available during training. During competition that can lead to you getting DQ.

His training PRs are a 242kg C&J and a 206kg Snatch (in 2006 for the C&J and in 2012 for the Snatch. Not sure how his C&J was looking in 2012).
That's waaaaay higher than his competition total (and higher than the world record total).
PR total: 448
Comp total: 428
WR total: 437 (Ilya in 2015, who's another example of having a comp snatch much lower than training PR)

Keep in mind Klokov didn't compete when he was supposedly at his top level and was expected to set his lifetime performance, along with Akkayev (in 2012).

Might be you strained your spinal erectors or maybe just quadratus tightness, or something minor like that. Or perhaps you have a degenerative disease related to your spinal structure, or are starting to have a herniation, and are in the earlier stages of symptoms.

Generally speaking, the other issues I've mentioned (herniation, SI, sciatica, quadratus strain) also make you feel stuff around the hip and even down legs.

Honestly, it's impossible to diagnose this at an early stage without access to physically examining you or requesting imaging.

Mostly just work on your whole ankles/hips/legs/back mobility, foam roll (for the spine you generally want a smaller object like a tennis ball), and try seeing a professional.

If you want pointers with your squatting technique that would require a video, really.

Increased risk? Yes.
But that will depend a lot on genetics, diet, and life style. In fact, those things play a bigger role than your testosterone levels.
I'm not too worried. My (vegetarian) diet is excellent (and with plenty of calcium, iron and other minerals, vitamins, very low LDL and excellent HDL, lots of fibre, water, and very low amounts of sugar), my life style is very physically (and mentally) active, I don't smoke or use drugs (besides HRT), and my family has no history of Alzheimer.

So yeah, I'm not really worried. I'm waaaaay below the average risk groups for those conditions.
What actually worries me a bit is breast cancer, but that's something for when I'm older.

The percentages are sort of training maxes, yes. They indicate the intensity of all your lifts, and you adjust them according to how the training looks (e.g. if the competition squat sets look easy, increase the intensity).
If you're using a Dietmar I uploaded, the percentages are adjusted for raw lifting (including the intensity ranges). You do all the work that is listed. I just left the commands for gearing up and the red text that indicates equipped lifting in case any equipped lifter felt like running the programs.
