>Every human is equipped with a flight or fight response mechanism
>The body itself knows if it is able to fight or run away, through millennia of evolution
>modern people experience anxiety
>the modern human body is not substantially physically active
>the anxiety is literally the threat response mechanism of sedentary people going haywire
>modern mindbody disconnect clouds the connection
>the resolution, therefore, is simply to fight train or run, a lot
>the body itself will know you are able to respond appropriately, and the mind calms, dissipating anxiety at its root

Thank you and you're welcome. Take care, my brothers.

I like the reasoning behind this post, so your advice would be when having anxiety to go blast a sprint down the road to assure your body it's okay?

Has this helped you?
>>
>>37098182
>>37098202
No, this is actually true to an extent. A lot of the stress we experience is "designed" to be experienced in short bursts (aka when you're being chased by a lion for five minutes) but in modern times we experience it for ages (weeks of stressing about work, exams, etc.)

When we're stressed a lot of vital systems like the immune system in our bodies stop functioning normally due to the need for that energy to go elsewhere, this is meant for short bursts but ends up going for ages. This is why stressed people are ill, depressed, etc.

Not him, but none of this has basis outside of your own delusions.

The advice is to constantly do blast sprints as a practice, to reduce the chemistry that leads to prolonged anxiety.

One session may yield good results in the short term, yes. Doing 100m sprint runs (not just once, but 30min minimum doing them over, resting, again) every few days will yield long term positive results.

For a specific routine, google HIIT running programmes.

Wouldn't it be great if you ACTUALLY knew anything about what the fuck you were talking about?

Let me guess, you aren't even 25 yet and you think you have literally 7 billion+ people and all the history of humanoty figured out?

Wow, neat-o!

Do you reckon that all the robots on this board have the "REEEE or pee" response mechanism instead?

Yeah, I'm the frogposter, but you haven´t even bothered to back any of your claims with actual scientific proof and replied with your frog mechanism

You haven't said which part confuses you. I kept asking.

There is literature behind each of my points and suggestions, so pick one and I'll happily provide.

That you don't know any of this proves how new you are, dumb frogposter.

I have a fitness-related theory. Have you noticed that most humans are skinny-fat/DYEL? Excluding overweight and really skinny people, it seems that skinny-fat/DYEL is the base state of most humans. My theory is that this is natural. Humans are naturally weak. However, they can artificially evolve by force of will. Those that lift, those that train, they can't be considered on the same level as base humanity. If lifting and training for enough years, humans can become Gods. Why do you think Greek Gods are represented as ripped? It's bc that's why they really look like. Humans, with enough, work, can become Gods.

??? What are you backing this on

This is common knowledge why make a thread about it. Did you guys know the sky is blue aswell?
>>
>>37099536
Just to add, its not anxiety that is the first step. Its stress which can lead to anxiety for some people.

The working out bit to solve it is OPs own conclusion. Other people would say meditation is the way to go.
