how the fuck do i get rid of this shit. I've tried eczema cream, rubbing alcohol, soap, scrubbing, sunscreen, shampoo, aloe, gel, lotion .. nothings worked.

I've got it, never done anything about it. Being a man I just let my hair grow out to mask it. I've never heard of a cure, sorry.

I have a milder case in the exact same spot and it seems like moisturizing everyday + getting a tan is really the only solution. It doesn't cure it but it does make it significantly less visible.

Dry brush daily, expose the area to some sun(don't burn), and moisturize with someone like aloe. This will get rid of it in a week or so.
