So I weigh 120lbs. Apparently, my TDEE is 2800kcal.
Is this normal? Should I bulk on 3500kcal a day?
Bump
check the units m8
2800 for someone who weighs <60kg seems like alot

I did it with scoobys calculator, and it is 2800kcal.

SS+GOMAD
Track your weight and reduce calories if you see increase of more than 0.5lbs a week. That's the best way to optimise your calorie intake for yourself.

Just lift and eat 2800 kcals. If you gain weight its good. If you dont then increase it by 300 kcals.
Don't be stupid and try to rush in the calories, or else you'll get fat. And GOMAD isn't a good way to do it. its just a fool proof way of getting enough kcals, but it also makes you gain a lot of fat.

do you do cardio?
you realise weight lifting isn't included in the "exercise" bit of gooby's calc
also how tall are you

scooby's calc is shit in my opinion. The exercise multiplier is too fucking high. It had me bulking at like 3800 calories and I was getting fat. Try using the katch-mcardle formula. I'd say 2800 might be close to what you should bulk at

how do you work out BF%
>>37096368
What the hell, then I might as well just put in "desk job".
>>37096504
well yeah
it's only cardio that applies to that because it burns a huge amount of calories

Sound kinda high for a skellfag like you, but it's probably fine. Bulk at between 250-500 cals above your TDEE. Recalculate every 2 or 3 weeks, since as you get bigger, you'll need more cals to keep growing. Remember to lift, or do bodyweight exercises, so you build muscle, and not fat.

Plug in your stats. 3500 is too high unless you want to go fatfuck mode.
