Brining is also important. Helps keep the chicken breasts from drying out when you cook em.

Vegi Tortilla wraps, serves 2

half a squash
2 bell peppers
1 Onion
1 stak of celery
half a zuchini
> chop it

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
cumin, cinnamon, chili flakes, oregano, peper, salt
galic, mashed
1 tsp brown sugar
> mix for marinade

mix veggies with marinade, add more spices if necessary
roast veggies in pan for 5-8 minutes, then add parsley and a chopped spring onion

heat up some tortillas and fill with veggies, spread a little Quark on it if you want it non-vegan and more creamy. Serve with Lime slices.

delish.
3 fajitas have about 350 calories so its good for cutting.

My mom is a Chef.

>1 pinch of rosemary

Mix the seasoning in a bowl and dip the tendloins in the bowl until they are covered in seasoning. Bake for 17 minutes 30 seconds on 375F, flip and let sit for 1 minute, then bake for another 10 minutes. Change the oven to broil and let them cook for another 3-4 minutes before taking them out of the over.
