Can't find any chart on this.

if I remember right 17 inches is what I read.

Wot

Mine are 20 inches, and I haven't done any delta training yet.
>>
the majority are obese/overweight if you're talking about US or UK averages - it would be more reliable to use clavicle length as a measure of frame size.

>>37052218
you may be above average height.

>you may be above average height.
Nope, 6', as normal as it gets
>>

the average is 5'9 if you're using US measurements, even if you restrict it to 20-year olds it's still only 5'10.5 according to CDC's most recent data.
>>
This is the field of anthropometrics, for shoulders is biacromial breadth, which is the length of the clavicles. 5th percentile is 14.9in, 50th percentile is 16.2in, 95th percentile is 17.5in. This measurement doesn't include your delts just the bone

I remeber there was a study done on this, 20-21 inch shoulders are noticeably wider than average, and 22+ are huge.

I've been trying to get wider too. I think I started at like 19.5 or something. But I measured the other day at just over 21 inches.
I've been pressing myself against my 24 inch wide bathroom door for comparison and to gauge progress. My OHP is 130x2 right now. I wonder how big I can get.

>>37052815
I don't think that matters here. The OP seems to be interested in the measurement that he can actually change.
>>
>>37052905
cool. how tall are you?
>>
>>37052905
I just measured myself from delt to delt and got somewhere around 55-60cm. I think I fucked up the measurement, but even accounting for my inability that seems like a lot for a mere 6 months of lifting. Exactly 180cm height.
>>

Some dudes have wide shoulders naturally,
In sitting pretty at around 22 inches(55.88cm) without working out at 5'10" (177.8cm). That or you you hit your outer delts really hard over 6 months
>>
>>37052984
Just compare yourself to something you know the exact measurement of, such as a bathroom door
>>
>>37052905
Holy shit. If the door is 24 inches than you are fuckin wide
