If you want top tier muzzle velocity with an AR-15, a 20" barrel with rifle-length gas system would be a lot better than that shit.

Or even better, chamber it in a better cartridge like 6.8SPC for higher muzzle energy. Velocity ain't shit without mass.

6.8SPC is just a new BCG and barrel on a standard AR-15 lower.

Even better, .277WLV is basically 6.8SPC in a .233 case. Standard BCG, only thing you need is a new barrel.
