I accidentally turned my Mexican red knee tarantula into a vegetarian for a month when I put apple slices in the tank for the crickets she won't eat and she just chilled on the slice until she sucked it dry.

Some fruits or veggies cacan be good for pets but certain types can also be extremely bad.

Also, cats are carnivores and cannot gain any proteins from anything but meat. A vegan cat will die.

If i feed too much fruit for my pitbull he gets rashes and blisters on his feet. Normal meat is the way to go. Fruit is not for animals, maybe once a while a small bit as a treat if they like it.
