Ok I'm starting to mutate out of control. Like physically. My nose is becoming a hook shape. My hair is falling out. I'm becoming really pale. I shrunk an inch. I lost all my muscles. I'm rapidly growing new hairs in weird places like on my shoulders. My wounds won't heal anymore, so my legs look really bad due to all the accumulated knicks and scratches that don't heal. I feel like shit. I look like shit. My voice is changing to become more scratchy. Dude literally everything is going downhill. I was perfection only 6 months ago, athletic, nice hair, etc.
How did this rapid downward spiral happen!?! What do I do? My appearance has changed drastically for no known reason.
My friend jokingly asked if I have cancer. I live a healthy lifestyle my diet is 100% on point and perfect.

A few years ago I drunk a beer after this one guy who then said I shouldn't have done that because he has hepatitis and his gums are bleeding right now.
What if he lied and instead of hepatitis he had AIDs? Hepatitis is something that would say instead I bet.
Fuck it really could be AIDs.
