My right side of my upper back and traps is much larger than my left, dunno how it got like this but it's been this way for a while, and I know the dominant side being larger is normal and all but this is too much.
Any advice on what workouts I could do to fix this/workouts that could exclusively work my left side would really be appreciated.
Took this pic yesterday, I'm at school right now so this is the best I have atm.

Fix your posture. Looks like your right shoulder is further forwards than your left.

got uneven traps because i was one strapping backpack during school years
2 years of lifting and doing shrugs did absolutely nothing. Steroids are the only way to fix that
you idiots are clueless. Its scoliosis, check your spine.

Just work that trap for a little while

I one-strapped my backpack from junior high to the end of high school, and had the same problem.
Found out during a yearly military physical that I have scoliosis and that one shoulder being higher/fuller than the other is a telltale sign.
The doc said aslong as I don't have back pain, it's a non issue.
It's same for me except it's my lats. Barely exitting skelly mode (6'0, 176) and my left lat is like 1,5 times the size of my right one. Wat do?
