I don't have a balanced diet. At all. Example, Friday night I order pizza and I only eat pizza. If I ever have fruit with a meal it's apple sauce or canned pears, peaches, cocktail, etc, etc; which I'm sure is loaded with bullshit preservatives. I eat various cereals every morning. Coffee is a staple in my diet. Several cups every day with creamer. Another example meal, cheeseburgers, fries, mac and cheese.

So no diet advice. What kinds of exercises can I do to get fit on my fuck all diet?

My calorie intake is fine. My portion sizes aren't terrible. I just don't eat shit for vegetables and very little fruit. Probably too many carbs.

Losing weight is far more influenced by what you're eating than what you do. Exercise and activities are great, but you can't keep eating a massive caloric surplus. Diet is waaaaaaaay too important to losing weight.

You count up all the calories you've ate, and you exercise more than the calories you ate. Basically, keep eating shit and spend the rest of your day getting rid of said shit. Depending on how fast you get rid of said shit, it will take up most of your day. If you chuuged down 5000 calories in a meal, then spend the rest of your time getting rid of 5500 calories.

Here's a challenge for you: Next time you go to the grocery store, only buy Food. That means nothing with more than 5 ingredients. Stay away from pop, juice, or any sugary drinks (and booze). Get a good mix of plants and meat. More vegetables than fruits.

Try to only eat stuff that fits that criteria for a week, and see how you feel. It's fucking HARD to gain weight if you stay away from processed junk. If you don't do something stupid like GOMAD or eat 6 avocados and tons of peanut butter everyday, the pounds will fly off.

nigga, it's an estimate, and you do realize it's gonna take a few days probably before you notice a difference, right? there are a lot of factors in this, but CICO is not something you're excempt from. the calculations on the site don't factor in every detail about your body, and I personally need to eat at around 2000 cals a day to be at a deficit, and I aim for 1500 to be sure, in addition to being on IF.
If you want an accurate reading on your bmi, and excact numbers on how many calories you need to maintain or be at a deficit, you should see your doctor. Don't take online calculators as precise facts, they are estimates.
The info we give you here is solid though, most everyone here has either had to bulk or cut to see progress and have gone through the same thing. The only reason you are getting yelled at is because alot of the people you're asking are seasoned, and don't like it when people like you come in and think they have more facts than they actually do.

Seriously, just be more humble when asking here, and people will be glad to help, but for now, you should
1. Get a professionaly to find out your BMI, and amount of calories you should hit.
2. Probably do something to be more active. you don't have to be on a threadmill 4 hours a day, 40 minutes is still better than nothing. I personally don't do cardio atm, but I lift, and plan to start cardio when my weight dips below 90kg. maybe cycling is a good idea?
3. just lurk cutting threads here, get used to the /fit/ mindset, cause even though most people here are kinda faggots, they're faggots that know what they're talking about, at least usually with cutting. And ask questions whenever you want, if you're humble they might not even call you a newfag.
4. Realize that if you want to lose weight, don't DIET. the sad truth is that if you wanna slim down and stay slim, shit needs to change permanently. I know how much that sucks, believe me.

Four slices of pizza are most certainly not 1000 kcals. You said yourself a sandwich is about 400kcal, its about the same for a slice of pizza.

Besides, thats only for one day. Maybe you overate the day before ad infinitum? Without counting calories, you cannot be sure. And you seem to be doing mostly guesswork for ONE day and then estimating that this ONE day is representative of your AVERAGE day, which leaves an enormous amount of room for error.

I weigh all of my foods. I can assure you that I know exactly what I'm eating.

2000kj / 500cal per day, although I also walk 10km/day on weekdays, which is about 300 calories.

For composite and ready-made foods that doesn't have nutritional information (pizza, etc.), I even weigh each component (cheese, bread, ham) individually to calculate the accurate amount of calories.

I just exercise good portion control and don't eat cheap, empty food.

Although I could eat anything if I wanted to. I've had days where the only thing I ate was ice-cream all day, and I stayed well within my caloric limit.

Definitely not. Listen to >>36999109 >>36999958. You are grossly underestimating the amount of calories in one slice. Buy a food scale, weigh a slice of your pizza. Weigh the amount of cheese and sauce on there (which might as well be pure fat with how calorie-dense it is). Weigh the bread. Weigh the pepperoni. Use basic maths to find out exactly what is in one slice. You are definitely underestimating what you eat.

For comparison, just the cheese on a slice of pizza-bread from the bakery comes out at about 200 calories, so a large slice of pepperoni pizza is going to be far more than that.

I did this (underestimate) as well before I started actually finding out how much was in what I ate.

If this is all too hard for you, just buy prepackaged foods only (with nutritional information) until you can handle the basic maths.
