9/10 times im good and stay within my calorie limit. ill take a few cals from another meal so i can have a little snack. Sometimes tho i wanna drink and that day i go over by a lot. I factor in 1-2 beers on some week nights but on a weekend, especially if im at a beach, ill have 15-20 drinks. Ill eat straight protein for my meals on those days to do some damage control but its bad

When im at the beach, its very easy to drink that much. im not even a big guy, im 170 lbs.
