Im 5'10. I was 205 pounds in February and I weighted myself this morning at 186. I changed my diet a lot, no fast food or anything, a lot of fruit, some nuts every few days, not too much meat but I'm still eating some

I've had a hard time losing weight, I eat usually around or sometimes under 1500 calories a day but I haven't lost much weight since like mid or late March when I was 190. Is there anyway I can speed this cutting shit up? Should I eat more lean meats and fewer veggies? I'd like to lose another 5 pounds in the next two weeks before I join a gym.

It just wasn't sitting well with me. Not tonight. I couldn't just sit here, wait for sleep, wait for tomorrow, and do more than I usually do JUST to make up for today's mistakes, all the while hoping I don't fuck up further before bed.

So first I went for a walk, clear my head, get some fresh night air. Ended up going to the supermarket, got some bits and bobs.
Then when I got back I thought fuck it. Dragged the exercise bike in front of the TV to do my SECOND session of the day. Did another hour, working up an even higher than usual deficit: -781 cals. Rar! Not gonna fuck it up this time. I'm gonna have a strong cup of tea now while browsing the Trump general on /pol/ Then I'll go to bed. Tired as fuck after this. Body is stressed but I'll be too busy for the next to days to exercise anyway so it's ok.

We're gonna make it bros. Stumbles are ok, just power through!

No you don't need to eat 1k kcals of carbs within 5 seconds of your workout or you'll automatically turn into a concentration camp skelly on the spot. the body is pretty damn smart, it's fantastic at working with what it has. a lot had to go wrong for you to start using your own muscle as fuel. the body had a whole list of sources that it'll use before it turns to that. don't worry about it.

keto is very very difficult. unless you're super disciplined and want it really badly, forget about it. Just cut the normal way.

for getting smaller, all you need to do is make sure you get enough protein - the rest can be anything; carbs, fat, even alcohol (not recommended but you get my point), as long as you're using more calories than you're eating, every day.

keto is a potent weapon (I'm in keto right now), but it's not easy to do, not easy to plan out. And you certainly can't casually dip in and out of it. basically it's not for noobs, so if you don't want or need it, forget about it.

I was never fat in my life. I was always into all kinds of sports from handball, riding bmx to rowing.

But for the last two years i heaven't work out and was always drinking.

The ''fattest'' point was in october when i was 87/88kg (i'm 185cm tho) and i didin't looked fat no one believed me i weighted that much.

I decided to go to gym and was doing meme machines and cardio at first just to se how fast i could lose weight, and i got to 78kg by new year.

Since then i actually started lifting and got some pretty decent gains in 4 months or so, but i don't know now how to approach to cutting because i'm not a big eater.

I don't like most of the vegetables, altho' i can eat some of it but can't stand the raw salads, tomatoes, cucumbers and stuff.

So is it okay cutting diet to eat oats in the morning and only a relatively healthy dinner and to start again with cardio?

Do you mean the fat or the skin? What are your stats? Height etc?

Skin may or may not reduce in size ever. Being younger and properly hydrated and not losing it too slow, while weight lifting should reduce the chance of a lot of loose extra skin, but if you started over 40% BF you might be fucked either way.

If you're talking just fat, you never know, but by the time you hit mid teens for bodyfat, you should have lost a significant amount of fat from the mid section

Not really no. first time I used it I was 280. I did 250mg for 3 days and then 500mg for 7 days. Day 8-10 were pretty fucking horrid, but it was all about constant hydration and doing nothing that would overheat me. Both cycles I did were 10 days and i lost about 7 pounds on each. Suggestion: try a fast. It might be hell for a day, but if you can go to bed one night, and not eat the entire next day, and then eat breakfast the following day, it wont kill you at all.

You can learn a couple of things too, its okay to be hungry. You don't die from not being stuffed. Try eating slower and drinking a lot more water.

Also, eat a ton of broccoli and cauliflower, and other low calorie veggies. They'll help fill you up.

Get some spices you nigger.

I quit junk food cold turkey easily with chicken breast with lemon pepper, tasted better than shit I usually ate.

Get a rice cooker with a steam tray and toss some celery, chopped shallots, thinly sliced carrots, and peppercorns in with the rice and steam the chicken (cut it up small), greens, and some mushrooms in the steam compartment. Mix it up once it's done and add some low sodium soy sauce or more spices to taste. Good as fuck and filling as hell. I eat it with chop sticks to help myself slow down and feel full before the food is gone. Steamed chicken can smell a bit funny but it tastes fine and adds a ton of flavor to the rice, way more than chicken stock ever did for me.
If you're cutting carbs, stir fry it all and mix it with fresh greens instead of rice, don't even need salad dressing with the mushroom sauces, add some green onion fresh after, or stir fry it if that's your thing.

I can eat most spinach mixes straight if I need a snack (arugula blend is best), but a light vinaigrette is a good stand in for creamier dressings. I grew up really poor though, so food with nutrients is like candy to me, and feeling full helps ease my anxiety so I also drink a ton of water with it.

I was considerably less energetic and less focused. I really wasn't eating a lot, less than what I ate when I was at a steady state, and with almost all of the carbs cut out.

I lost 10lbs in about 3 weeks with a good diet and exercise. Two days ago I was so overwhelmingly hungry I ate bs all day to just fill the void, then planned on getting back on track the day after. The next day I felt so bad I fasted that day. During the night I was so starving I ate my housemates poptarts in my sleepy stupor. Two of them. 800 cals, at the least. and a cookie. Now I'm awake and feel like shit, so I'm tempted to not eat the rest of today and tomorrow as well. But I know i'll get so hungry and end up in the same spot again. Should I just let what's done be done and get back to my proper diet and just deal with not being in a caloric deficit today but not being overwhelmed by hunger and hop back onto the gain train, or should I just suck it up and not eat and then pick up where I left off tomorrow?
