HOW DO GET LEAN /fit ?
Currently 5'9 198
Was a way bigger fattie at 260 a year ago. Lost weight by doing exclusively cardio and calorie deficit Still eating at a 500 cal deficit but lifting 3 days a week trying to get lean. Any tips or things you could share? lift heavy? more protein?
