Distract myself, I've been an anxious fuck since I was 6, couldn't sleep at night thinking about that shit, still do sometimes

I am turning 30 this week and I'm getting really depressed.

Turning 26 and I'm realizing that I'm getting older for the first time. Talked to some 18 year old girl and guy and realized that I might as well have been 40.

My time is running out. Sometimes I consider purposely knocking up my gf to ensure my genes get passed on and my purpose in life is fufilled.

How do you deal with realizing you are just a fragile conglomerate of meat and organs and that one day they will rot away along with what you have always considered "you"?
