I have a very mild case of PE, which you can see on the left where my chest has a pushed in look. This always made me insecure so I started lifting to compensate with mass. Even though my upper body looks much better now, the insecurity is still there and I'm convince everyone can see my defect.

Made some noob gains doing SL but noticed legs getting bigger than my upper body so now moved on to HCL which is also a lot more fun and gym isn't a chore anymore

Thanks m8. I would like to lift more than twice a week but I don't know if I'll have time. I am pursing a professional skiing career so most of my physical activity time will be devoted to skiing, cycling, freerunning, and other stuff that more directly impacts my strength/abilities as a skier. Lots of cardio pretty much every day. Plus living in a rural area 2/3 of the year I won't be near a gym, which makes it even harder to schedule it in.
