squats just about the same, my hip has been acting up so unless it's feeling good (about 1% chance, yesterday I just did up to 225 for a triple and I had about 4/10 pain), I'll just try to get 530 or so again. on skills test it went meh, so maybe like 5-10lb PR if my hip hold up, but I really doubt there is much above 530 there.

bench I barely missed 325 on skills test, so I just wanna get that

deadlift I really have no idea. I pulled 535 on a bendaroo bar on skills test day and almost got 545, but I'm gonna try doing everything tomorrow on a stiff bar, so I really don't know.

did 275x3 for squat yesterday that was nice. glad i switched to lowbar

also got my bench up to 170 for 5 reps, and deadlift is up to 355 1rm which im happy with.

that might not be big for you guys but im coming back from a year off cause of unrelated injuries so its a pretty good step for me.

You just need to put on more muscle. Of course that will take time. No reason if you are 6 1 or 2 not to be at least 240 with more mass. at that point 30ish pounds of fat doesn't look like much. And if you want to be ripped, then powerlifting isn't the sport for you. Not saying there aren't lifters in lower classes with lean physiques, but it's just not the point of the sport.
