I have been lifting for 3 months, doing a mixture of SS with accessories and Crossfit (Max Effort Black Box).
I try to do twice a week of:
3x5 Squat (High Bar)
3x5 Bench Press
3x5 OHP
1x5 Deadlift
3xF Pull-ups (Banded)
3xF Chair dips
3x8 Lat raises

The BMR of 2055k cal is the most interesting. Fitness frog says 1956k cal, which is very close.
