Well I started cutting about 3 months ago and was 6 foot 225 and started lifting about 2 months ago with my brother. Started out at 155 for 1rm on bench and have hit 200 since. Down to 175lbs

My numbers all around are pretty fucked, just started squaring with weight this week 5 by 155. And my 1rm for Deads is 320.
