It's actually equal to 385000000 due to the mili and kilo prefixes, and it's not a mass it's dimensionless quantity. you divided a mass with a mass, and anything divided by itself is 1. It's the *number of times* you can take 0.2mg out of 77kg. 385 million times.

This is the right calculation. Not that each physical quantity has a unit, and the answer solves to a weight in mg which is what you wanted. The division by kg is due to the fact that it's *per kg* of body weight. *per* always implies division. Meters per second = m/s

OP didn't make an error there. kg/mg = mg is wrong, because kg/mg = (1000g/0.001g) = 1000000. That's the error that killed him.

If you're 100% sure of your stuff you don't have to check your units, but you should understand what they mean. 77kg/0.2mg=385mg is a false statement. It doesn't matter what he was trying to calculate or what the real answer is, the equality is wrong regardless. It's very easy to see that if you know to check.

My scale says that's about 10mg each but it probably varies from 7 to 14mg each. If I cared I'd do liquid dosing or make proper caps cut with vit c or something.
