Can't see your lifts, but you're putting way too much emphasis on shoulders and chest, probably benching way too much seeing as your triceps are better too.

Follow a proper routine, and get your core, back and legs up to scratch, because even just the imbalance between your chest and back is asking for injuries.

Trying to get boot camp ready (aka lose weight and build muscle)

Already dealing with shin splint issues.

Work on your form for everything. Make sure it's perfect.

Your lifts are light enough right now that you can get away with adding 5 lbs every day you lift. Once you get into the 200s, that'll be harder.

Pullup man. Just pullup. Pullup until you can't pullup anymore. Lat pulldowns are a good way to prepare for pullups too. Remember, wide grip means wide lats, close grip means thick lats.

Your OHP is actually pretty good so don't worry.
