Trying it since I'm a fatass and have to lower my BP.

Low carb, sugars, cholesterol, and sodium.

Breakfast:
Egg substitute omelet with chopped fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and a piece of low-sodium swiss topped with tabasco.

Lunch:
Baked Portobello cap stuffed with tuna salad

Dinner:
Piece of lean meat or salmon with various no-sodium spice mixes seared in olive oil, side of veggies like squash, brocolli, occasional carrots stir-fried in the pan after the meat.

Snacks (mid-morning, mid-afternoon): half an avocado each
Cup of Sugar-free jello as desert

Really hasn't been terrible, and I found out I'm an OK cook when not nuking frozen dinners and with minimal ingredients to complicate things.

Total bro. Nice videos, and close to what I'm trying to do. Basically DASH is what I'm doing - not Keto - but also keeping fruits and grains to a minimum since they're still pretty high in net carbs, and I think the doc told me to cut them to work on immediate weight loss instead of continual lowering of BP. When I get out of the obesity range, I'm sure fruits and grains will be back on the menu (I miss my shredded wheat so fucking much, and really that's the only thing I find myself craving these days).

i was in keto/ec stack for the past 3 weeks really leaned out and maintained my weight which i wanted. had a cheat meal of phad thai on friday, but back at it now.

only shitty thing i miss is going out with friends for drinks and food, other than that its pretty easy and gets good results.

There's almost always keto options where ever you go. Just ask for a burger and take off the bread don't be a faggot and make the order more complicated. Get a steak with a side salad, or fish/chicken at italian places. Don't eat the rice at sushi places.

As for drinking you can have zero cal sodas or energy drinks as chasers with clear spirits. Try to avoid flavored vodkas cause those usually have sugar.
