I only come for the memes. I took it seriously for about two years and made modest gains. After I started eating whatever I wanted to again I made mad gains. Obsessing like you're prepping to compete isn't fun or effective. This was my fault for taking the wrong advice, but whatever. /fit/ did keep me going when I wanted to quit a few times so I guess I keep coming back as a daily pilgrimage.
