What is a good source of information on bodyweight workouts? I have kyphosis and would rather avoid the barbell to minimize risk of injury (except maybe one day in the future if I get really strong). My main concern right now is getting in some good bodyweight workouts that replace the squat, deadlift, and benchpress exercises, or just give me a good overall full body workout.
I've been working out for about a month and a half now doing 30 minute routines where I warm up, do a few bodyweight exercises, and then practice karate which I learned when I was younger for a little cardio (I also take a 1 hr walk each morning for a touch of cardio and discipline building). The bodyweight exercises I do right now are:
-Bodyweight Squats - 2 sets of 15 then 3rd set to failure (currently 25)
-Elbow-in Pushups - 2 sets of 6 then 3rd set to failure (still only 6 now)
-Sit-ups - 2 sets to failure. First set I make it to 50 and 2nd I make it to 25.
I have been casually looking for a pull-up bar to integrate it into my routine (haven't found one yet), but I want to be sure I'm getting a decent full body workout for a very motivated beginner. Pic related, I want to be able to progress in difficulty as each one gets too easy.

Was expecting a smash lineup
i know next to nothing about /fit/ but this was a thoroughly pleasant read
OP here, forgot to mention. The exercises I'm doing are in a rotation. I do one set of squats, one set up pushups, and one set of situps, etc. (I just don't do situps the last time)
Is this bad? I'm making excellent gains right now, but only because I'm building from nothing.

That looks like a lot of good info. Thanks!
Nobody can help out at all?
Pretty sure theres usually a bodyweight thread on asp. You could try them as well.

Couldn't OP use some dumbbells at least? I don't barbell anything because of my lower back problems but lifting with dumbbell bars isn't a problem. But throwing in some bodyweight workouts is something I might do now.

OP here. I would like to one day. It would be relatively inexpensive and I would actually have something to call my home gym.

>Do you want easy A E S T H E T I C S?
Go to the gym and do a good diet.
>Do you want to be strong as fuck but not SO A E S T H E T I C ?
Do FOUNDATIONS 1, 2, 3 OR 4. Only the real strong people can pass to level 3.
DO YOU WANT LEAVE HUMANITY BEHIND?
TAKE A SHAKE OF PROTEION WITH 5 SCOOPS. 3 SCOOPS FOR SCOOP
