That depends entirely on how heavy the weight is for you, whether its a compound or not, and your rep range. Squats and deadlifts above 70% of my 1rm I rest 5 minutes or more. Bench press and OHP 3-5 minutes, chinups and rows 2-4 minutes. Isolations 1-3 minutes.
