Whole wheat flour and bakery style (no bullshit, just water, flour, water, yeast, salt, and maybe oil, milk or eggs depending on the loaf) breads fit in there too. As far as potatoes, Yukon gold/red should be on the list. Bananas and oranges would make good additions to the list as well, as would milk. Whole meal pasta is fine too, and you're missing oils and fats. Meats doesn't need to be exceptionally lean, and pork should be somewhere on the list too.

omit the lowfat greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is pretty much a buzzfood and you can expect to be laden with sugar. Especially the lowfat
