I started wrestling when I was 14, wrestled at a D1 for a year then went international. After that I started to just lift with a little bit of boxing and may thai mixed in. I've been lifting as my primary mode of fitness for about two years now.

So I guess I've been working out for 9 years pretty vigorously.

I guess I can count since I've been working out irregularly for ~4 years now.

That's some good size, and you have the arm veins that, in my experience, are one of the features girls mire the most.

I've been lifting for 6 years. 4 of those without fucking around with some breaks (military, some more extensive cardio phase for law enforcement, going twice a week because muh depression and so forth).

It's been okay-ish once you get used to grinding it out week for week. What has really made a difference was some input by a gym buddy that has a couple of years on you training-wise as well as 5/3/1 for at least 6 months on end.

Currently I do Chest/Tris, Legs, Shoulders/Back. No Bi's because epicondylitis, but they are planned to be trained with chest/tri. I've grown very fond of full body 3x a week and vertical/horizontal 2 day splits if you're a little more busy.

If I could do it all over again, I probably wouldn't bother with cutting as soon as I have. I read /fit/ when I started out so I've always been focussing on compound lifts. I do in fact credit most of my training knowledge to quad, camb and some other knowledgeable people like Wendler or Berkan (even though he is a meme writer now). Also always use creatine when bulking. There's no reason not to.

Absolutely, I'm about 210lbs in the picture.

Honestly start with intensive Cardio and build up your strength while maintaining. I have not done real Cardio in a while, but when I was building a base it was pretty important.

I let myself go for about a year and had to climb back on the horse. It was hard, but much easier since I had a strong base to build off of.
