I'm planning on gaining a lot of weight during the next years.

I'm currently 5'11 at 110lbs. I'm so fucking ugly, and not only on the body. The face too. I look like a tired somali child.

Do you think everything will get better when I reach 160-170lbs?

I just took a glance at some pictures of me, and it's dreadful. I can't understand how my parents let me grow up looking like this.

Get a haircut and more sleep. The dark circles will fade with sleep and better nutrition. Other than that just play within your league

I was 65 kg last summer. Wanted to gain weight without getting fat, so I went on a vegan bulk while working out.

74 kg now. About the same BF% as when I started. Shit worked.

You don't even need to count it in years man just have the discipline to lift every day (Personally, I do PPL ad infinitum), 6'0 145->182 in 10 months

BP 85x5 -> 225x5
DL 135x1 -> 315x5
Squat 115x5 -> 365x5 (before I got sick for 3 months, now it's 275x5)
OHP 45x3 -> 115x5

I eat a fuckton of healthy food. My energy levels stay really high, and keeps me motivated to work out. No fast-food, no candy, no junk.

On a dirty bulk I'd just get tired, unmotivated and fat.

I alternate my workout. I wrightlift, run, swim, do BW training and so on. This way I could keep control of my weight and distribute it just as I want to.

The hardest thing is getting used to eating more than normal, I tracked my calories for my normal, pre-lifting diet and it turned out that I was eating like 1300 calories a day. you've got to force yourself to consume more calories than your body is used to (get yourself a collection of fitmeals, they're actually pretty good) and give your sets at the gym your all, if you can squeeze out another rep just do it.

Also, be sure to give your muscles time to rest, the only reason I've been able to gym it up every day is because each muscle group has 2 rest days after I work it.

Yes. I feel a lot better being bigger. It's nice actually having a bigger core.

Honestly man, SS+4000kcal will get you big but you'll be trex mode with a bearmode belly. As unpopular as it is I would go for a bodybuilding brosplit like Push/pull/legs/rest and 3k-3.5k a day for slower, leaner gains if you want to be aesthetic model status.

I used to be mistake for 15 all the time when I was in my early 20's. I looked sickly and felt tired constantly.
I was 5'10 and 120 at 23. Now I'm 26 and 170. Here's a pic of what 170 looks like with clothes on.

50 pounds won't be enough to make you look swole but looking regular adult male mode will make a big difference in your life.

The trick is to work out a lot and eat until your stomach hurts. Then eat a couple spoonfuls of raw peanut butter, wait an hour and try to eat again.

You mean this pic? Im about 10 pounds heavier than that one which was about 4 months ago I think. Nothing happened to my gainz, just lost definition due to bulk. Stopped doing cardio to increase weight further. Thinking about cutting soon, but cutting is a really scary idea to skellys. I look a lot bigger IRL in the recent pic than this one though

How did you guys build chest?

I never feel like I am doing shit for it unless I am doing cable cross overs. On bench press I just feel like it is working my arms and front delts more than anything else. Would OHP and chest accessories be enough to make sure my chest doenst end up fuckish looking or do I have to do heavy bench presses?

My max lifts are

Deadlift 275lb for 5 reps
OHP 100lb for 5 reps
Bench press 125lb for 5 reps

I feel like BP is my weakest for sure

I started benching twice a week, that's when my bench press went from 135 to 175 in two months for 8 reps. Chest gains exploded.

I split it up into lower-mid and upper-mid chest days.

Bench+ either incline or decline bench+ incline machine or wide press machine+ cable flies and incline cable flies.

6'2 here. Went from 140 to about 170 in around a year and a half. Just force that food down and make sure you get to the gym. I am still ugly but at least a bit stronger.
