Best equipment is the rowing machine. Most intense cardio, works a ton of muscle groups, doesn't hurt gains.

i use the term pedal incorrectly it is more of just a footrest, but my size 16 shoe makes it impossible as the straps are more narrow than my foot is wide, creating a situation where i would have to just put my feet on the straps or look like an idiot with my feet elsewhere like on the floor
