I'm starting to get pretty bad blisters after I do my regular 5k since my shoes are shit. What's the best pair of shoes I can get for under $100?

aesics is a good brand.

anything nike makes just for running.

Find out through a professional gait analysis if you need certain support and then buy comfy shoes in your limited price range.

You can get a good pair of running shoes from pretty much any brand for less than $100. I have Saucony's, but if you are getting blisters your shoes are probably too loose and your foot is moving around inside your shoe.

Do a little research on pronation and supination while running, and make sure you are getting shoes that are tight, without cutting off circulation.

go to a fucking running store and find out autist

Just saying nike is a little broad

That'd make sense, but if i tie them too tight though, I find I get a lot of foot pain so either way, a new pair is in order

What if the store is running faster than me?

i have a pair of McKinley's that are all sport and waterproof, $60

You stop blisters with socks, bruh. Unless your shoes are too loose, they probably aren't your problem.

Get some wrightsocks running socks or similar. As far as shoes, Saucony Cohesion 9 is 40 USD on Amazon.

This. How you run and whether you pronate or supronate are important to the type of shoe you get. Any running store clerk should know this and be able to tell you. Brand really doesn't matter and they should have something in your price range

Coming from a runner, nike shoes are often overpriced and poor. I would recommend saucony, aesics, new balance, or brooks, depending on preference.
