How do I overcome feelings of loneliness and spending so much time thinking about sex?
I tried no-rap for 3 months and it did nothing for my physically or mentally
After fapping I have a brief moment of clarity. Not as in "the porn I am watching is kind of gross," but more along the lines of all the feelings of wanting sex and companionship so badly just fade away. It feels great
How do I work towards feeling this all, or most, of the time?

Get a social hobby
Invite friends/coworkers/costudents/etc over for socialization
Spend more time outside (dat vitamin D from sunlight)
Exercise regularly (you are already doing this, I hope)

It's about actually making a conscious effort to rid yourself of bad habits and replace them with constructive things
I will say though, after a month or so of no-fap i had a couple of wet dreams
